About Lance Lucarelli

A former accomplished high school football player, Lance Lucarelli earned the Vince Lombardi Award and was selected to participate in the North South All Star Game at Rutgers Football Stadium. He later attended Montclair State University in NJ and played linebacker for its football team. Lance Lucarelli now serves as president and CEO of The L Group in Bayonne, NJ. 

Under Lance Lucarelli’s leadership, The L Group has completed real estate build projects with a combined contract value of more than $74 million. To better inform his business acumen and decision-making process, Mr. Lucarelli holds membership with NY Builds and the International Council of Shopping Centers, among other professional organizations. Passionate about helping those in need, he provided shelter to more than 20 people during Hurricane Sandy, and raised his nephew’s friend as if he were his own nephew.
